Airport Transfers

• Option 1: You have a management package with us. We will advertise your property online and we retain 10% of any rental income generated by us.

• Option 2: You have no management package with us. We will advertise your property online, at no cost to you, and we will retain 25% of any rental income we generate but, please bare in mind, that whilst your property is empty no management services will apply and all services requested are chargeable.

Long Term Lets

Long term standard management package.
We advertise your property and charge you for our standard management package. When we find a suitable tenant, we issue a 6 month contract and we will retain 10% of the rental income. We will request electricity and water account monies from the tenant on production of these accounts from you (by email is quicker). We will then pay directly into your bank account, where possible, within 7 days of receipt of accounts from yourselves.

Bank

As part of your agreement with Home 2 Home we would ask that you have a local bank or a branch of your bank in San Pedro Del Pinatar for us to pay in your rental income and utility monies.
